Booking confirmation

The majority of our small group shared day trips and tours in France that can be found on our website offer instant confirmation. However, if confirmation is not received immediately, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the availability of some of our preferred partners. You will receive an email either confirming your reservation or notifying you that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option. If alternative options are available, you can select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation for a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited. In cases where there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will be automatically canceled and refunded in full. Fortunately, many of our most popular experiences have similar alternatives, so be sure to check back on the site to find the perfect one for you!

For our private tours, we will need to check availability for the vehicles and the driver/guides. Most of our small group private tours in France are on request and booking confirmation will be received only if the tour is available. Once you have made your request, we will answer by email and let you know if the tour is available usually in the following 72 hours. This timing is sometimes increased when the experience is operated by one of our preferred partners who might need some time to respond.
